Consags Wreck

Anyone done any beachcombing out on Isla Arena (Sand Island)? A group of us will be down in Guero Negro for a few days to see whales and do some beachcombing out on the island. Anyone ever been out there? Any tips on where ol? Consag left that thing?

That would make a great trip report!

Erle Stanley Gardner explored Sand Island (seperates Laguna Guerrero Negro from Scammon's Lagoon) in his 1960 'Hunting the Desert Whale'

Please tell us about Consag's Wreck...!

The only bummer Bob, is you need a boat to get there! Unlike 'Shell Island', one can't drive there at low tide! LOL

Hey, I gotta get to work... you lucky retired guy!
