Progress report-La Paz Magote development

Went out to the site of Paraiso del Mar on the Magote yesterday. Been in development over a year, great web site, office in La Paz on the Malecon...

Less there than last year, native vegetation removed and now pretty impressive sand dunes. No building, no trenches, no workers, and apparently no development. Quiet isolated area. Contrasted with the Costa Baja development E of La Paz where in the same period they carved a marina out of solid rock, built a hotel, and made a very well done major project, one wonders what's happening.
