The value of counting them is deminished with each passing year----and you have to count faster. I know!

Happy Birthday!

Ken Cooke, you are dead, dead, dead!

Me 75? I am really, uh, my mouth is a little dry right now, but I am really, uh, well, I am really not used to telling the truth, uh, but, heck,

I am 75! Hooray!
But well preserved, see for yourself or ask my father, John M :rolleyes:

Desert Doctor

Dr. Neal is best known for his cholla removing abilities!

The victim of a vicious cholla attack was the Baja and Mexico expert on Amigos de Baja, David Eidell...

Neal (on his knees, or 'neal-ing') with his medical instrument... a leatherman...

The removed cholla left a few bleeding ports on Dah-veed's leg... (I applied tea tree oil to ward off infection and reduce pain)...

This event happened on July 4, 2001 about 30 miles south of Bahia de los Angeles... Other Baja Nomads who were along: Mike Humfreville, Desert Rat, El Camote, and Paulina.

Happy Birthday Neal, my son

Barbara echoes my thoughts.

Surprisingly I believe I found this pre-color film photograph of Neal. At the other end of the leash he's holding onto reportedly is his first WIW.
