Age Limit for whale watches?

Can anyone tell me if the Panga operators for the whale watch areas of Scammons, San Ignacio or Mateos have any age restrictions on children who may go out to watch the whales? We would like to our grandchildren to have this experience but do not want to have them not allowed on the boat.

Thanks for any help on this

Very safe

Don't know how old your grandchildren are but we were at Kuyima in San Ignacio last Easter and little ferna then 11, Danielle 10 and Sofia 3 all went out, the only one that did'nt need a life jacket from Kuyima's was Sofia, she had her own little mermaid one, and the one that got to kiss a baby whale was Sofia. You can call ahead, all theire info is on theire web site. This year our plan is to go to San Ignacio 3/17 - 3/21 and then again on 4/8 - 4/11, both times at Kuyima. If you llike I can email you a 30sec mini clip with us, let me know.
saludos
