Border Line in Tacate

Sunday feb 12, 7 pm, Tacate boarder wait 1hour & 50 min. Longest I have ever waited there. Longest in any border line. Traveled to Guadalupe Canyon for the weekend with no reservations. One pool left, El Dorado, That was a nice spot. Always stayed at the smaller pools before. Luck was with us. I would hate to drive all that way and not get a camp site with a pool. Weather was outstanding.

Had dinner at Los Amigos Taco shop across from McDonalds. It went down hill. Gona have to find a new place for tacos. Any reason to go back will do.

It was a good quick fix but it wont last long. Gota go back sooner rather than later.

What would it be like to go south with no return date scheduled like many of you do?

It would add 10-15 years to your life.

Went thru. Fri about noon with no wait! BUT--- it took me about 5 minutes to find the new entry to the line (about 1 mile east of the plaza!).
