I Doubt that you can buy it for that . it has sold twice in the last 18 months and both times the Eajedo has backed out thinking they are selling to cheep and doubling the price.

I think this is the hills up behind Santispac, not the beach itself. See the green shaded area of the map. Also note that none of the pictures actually show "the beach" we all know & love. If they were offering that, wouldn't they show a bunch of real sand beach pictures??

It's all for real. And there's much more being purchased in the area that will be resold. Reyna is not the only Cabo realtor buying there as I know at least four others who have property there or the right to buy through agreements. I have even heard through sources that Hilton, Hyatt, Starwood, and Quinta Real have recently inquired about the area area. Even the Pacific side across from Bahia Concepcion is being bought up....
