If You looking for something with a lower price think twice.
A cheap generator will be the biggest headache you will ever have. See my post in your last generator post

Go honda

I agree with the honda praise. You get what you pay for. Also quiet. I highly recommend electric start. I liked the home depot Generac 4000 extended run with pressurized oil system, until I had mucho problems getting it repaired. After hassles, Home Depot gave me a refund in store credit. I then remembered how much I liked Sears because of their EZ return policy. Just returned with my new Craftsman generator. This is a little more power than you need, but check out the 5600watt electric start Craftsman for $880. Add the 5 year no hassles protection plan for $75. On the budget, check out maxtool.com for the 4400watt electric start for $400. Paul got his chinese imitation of honda, a Power Ace 3500 for $400, but it only has 1 - 20 amp, 120volt outlet and 1 - 240volt outlet, essentially making it a 2400watt generator unless he uses 240 volt.
Lots of great advice from the others. Dave
