Looking for a camper- emergancy

We have been looking for a camper that would be near Gonzaga Bay- El Faro. Mike dark hair, 6 foot 2 inched tall and probably tan now, caucatian, usually clean cut ,he is with 2 others Dan and Matt. We have been looking since Thursday, he is due to leave the area on Tuesday (today) Mikes son has been in and accident and is in a coma here in San Diego. They are in a Silver or pewter GMC Truck Sierra with matching shell, CA plates, they have an inflatable 12 foot boat that may or may not be trailered. The roads are slow to travel if anyone comes across them have them contact Childrens Hospital or home immediately.
Thank you
