I knew we'd hear from Mike on this one;

Sorry, no consoles on the wood floor models.
I like the longer tiller controls or throttle extentions so you can sit more forward if you're the only one aboard with no other weight in the bow of the larger (over 12') blow-ups. They can be nose-light in the wind without some more weight towards the bow. Great boats overall for the occasional fisherman or for hard to get to fishing or diving locations.
