It is only 80 on my porch but we get an ocean breeze and it has a palapa roof. The weather channel had it up to 97 today here in San Jose.
It isnt summer yet but it sure feels like it.

Go by night low temps for deciding if summer has arrived. Was 80 here at 6.30 this morning , so decided summer is here.
Here in Nopolo in the middle of summer the difference between day and night temps is about 7 to 8 degrees and that is muy caliente.
At least in Sacramento ,where the day temps often go into the 100's, it cools of at night into the mid 60's. However, no relief here.
Happy summer everyone !!

heat

Living here in Laughlin, Nv. where my car temp has shown 2 days at 113 and most days at 106-108 for the past 3 weeks helps me prepare for my Baja trip June 3rd. I hope the only thing hotter will be the fishing. Today we have a chance for rain & the temp. will be around 90. Then tomorrow it starts back up again.

Just went for a swim and the water was delightful. I would say around 72-75. Only 82 on the weather channel here in San Jose now. Looks like it will be another hot one though.

Here in sunny San Diego, we actually have sun before 2pm! Rained hard last night, but what a clear day. I could see TJ as I drove south to work in Chula Vista this morning. (We've been in the May Gray for weeks!).

I was looking forward to my summer in La Paz and Cabo, but not as so with seeing your temps. posted here! 100 already?? Guess I'll have to use those boogie boards I bought at the garage sale yesterday, daily!

It's in the mid 70's here in Yellowstone. Most of the snow is gone. And the new babies are out exploring.
