There is a popular festival with lots of music called LoretoFest...I've heard it's a cool scene! Not sure of the dates but can check with someone in Loreto I'm sure.

Loreto Fest is held in May. The next one is May 3-6 2007. It is put on by the Hidden Port Yacht Club. You can read all about it on their website- lots of info and photos.

There is also a Reggea Festival held in February in Todos Santos. The guy that puts on the Reggea Festival also wants to start doing music festivals in Cabo too.
