Never heard that its location had changed before I got there....the story was PRESIDENTE FOX was in town for the race...true or false?

There was a Mexican Marine military display outside and large tent with I don't what inside where contingency normally is. I can't remember the name of the presentation. Perhaps Fox was addressing those inside.
