Size: Almost three times size of Texas.

Average life expectantcy: 75.

Gross Domestic Product, per capita: $10,000.

Main industries: Food and beverages, tobacco, chemicals, iron and steel, petroleum, mining, textiles, clothing, motor vehicles, consumer durables, tourism.

Oil production: 3.35 million barrels a day.

Proven oil reserves: 16.5 billion barrels.

Exports: $214 billion a year, nearly 90 percent to United States.

Don't forget that 46% or 47 million might migrate to the US if they had the means....
