Just want to mention that there is another new hotel in Bahia de los angeles - Villa Bahia. It's on the beach between Los Vientos and Raquel and Larry's. Charming place - most units have kitchens - you can bring your dogs there - 24 hour electricity. Fully furnished. their website is www.villabahia.com

Water supply?

Where are these places getting their water? Isn't it trucked in from wells in the 'dry' lake West of town?

I drove through one evening last December when I was staying at Daggetts. The place looked completely deserted and no evidence of electricity being used --- that is there was no lighting.

Hi, Depending on how late you drove by - everybody might have gone to bed. Place is up and running - electricity - guests etc. Was totally booked in December.
