New Rosarito house with sea view & central location for sale

Hi

we have just built a brand new home in central Rosarito which is for sale. It is on an enclosed lot where we plan to build an additional four houses. If you wish to buy one of these other four homes you can do so at a reduced, pre-sale price.

The houses are all approx. 100 square meters big, have three beds, 2.5 baths with an open space ground floor for the living room and kitchen, plus there are two parking spaces.

But the biggest selling point of the home is the roof-top terrace of approx. 50 square meters. The roof is completely flat with panaromic views of Rosarito and the sea. It would make an ideal space for relaxing/holding barbeques/parties etc and of course watching the sun go down over the pacific each evening.

We believe the house is finished to a high specification, and we ensured that there was plenty of light in each room.

The homes are located at the end of a quiet lane in central Rosarito, between the cuota and Blvd. Benito Juarez, near the schools. Easy access to the border means it is possible to live here and commute to San Diego every day. Alternatively it could be a second home for exploring Baja.

The asking price for the completed house is $129,999.

All papers are in order, we have all the legal documents.

Of course we can send you photos if you are interested.

If you are interested please contact us or the realtor, Marcor Realty in Rosarito and ask for Amy's houses.

Regards,

Mike.
