Road Conditions to Mulege?

Headed to Mulege on Friday. Anyone have any info on the following:

1) Road conditions to Mulege and/or Loreto?

2) Status of Mulege after the storm? I'm sure they're still digging out. Anything we should know about before we leave?

3) Status of Mulege Beaches...headed to Coyote in particular

4) Mosquito status?

Any info is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Roads are OK...
Mulege is still digging out and winning.
Road to Loreto is good...
Mulege Beaches are great as always...
Bring lots of bug repellent...DEET
