A/C mini and multi splits


I'm in the market for a 5 ton multisplit and a 3 ton minisplit. I am located in Nopolo.
Anybody knows of any of them on sale not too far away ?

It seems to me you want to cool a ballroom, my neighbor came by last week asking me about A/C he had the trane man out for estimates, the guy was trying to sell him twice as much as he needed, its all in and he is very happy with half, In my case I'm cooling 1000sf with 1 1/2 ton and is just fine.

La Paz has units for sale all over.

Costco nor Home Depot have any that big.
We just bought two 3 tons...Trane.
Would have prefered Mitsubishi but not available here. We have three of those and they truly are the quietest and, for my money, the best. We have had two of ours for about 8 years and all we do is keep the filters clean and every other year have them serviced and cleaned inside and out.

I am building a home in San Felipe using steel contruction wiht 2x6 walls with r25 insulation. I am going to go with a standard AC with Duct distribuation. Does anyone use standard heat pumps or does everyone use the split systems?
