From what I understand, the policy from AAA, only covers 50 miles into Mexico. Be real careful.

They sell Mexican insurance at AAA... it is just more expensive than other sources like those I linked, above.

AAA sells Mexican Insurance underwritten by GNP. They are a reputable underwriter, but you can find the same GNP insurance products at a better price from other vendors. AAA seems to mark up the prices a bit.
