Gas prices for October 2006!!!

Hi friends.... sorry I did not post these prices earlier but I have been kind of busy down here in Tijuana making sure everything is perfect for the Viva BajaCactus by the City 2006!!! tour.

Here you go...

Fuel prices for October 2006:

Magna.............$ 6.39 pesos per liter

Premium..........$ 7.54 pesos per liter

Diesel..............$ 5.25 pesos per liter

These prices are in liters and 1 gallon = 3.7854 liters.

Today (Oct 25th, 2006) 1 dollar = $ 10.80 pesos (+/-)

Using the previous information, this is what we have....

Magna.............$ 2.239 dollars per gallon

Premium..........$ 2.642 dollars per gallon

Diesel..............$ 1.840 dollars per gallon

See you at the Viva BajaCactus 2006!!! event.

$2.23 sounds good to me! The cheapest I see around here is $2.31 at Costco and $2.33 at ARCO...

Hope the tanks are full for the Baja 1000 teams heading south on Nov. 11-15, and returning a couple days later!

See you next Saturday for Viva Baja Cactus and maybe in El Rosario on the 14th when we head for pitting duties for the 1000!
