yes the Pemex in Mulege closed again. it has been closed for almost 2 weeks. no one seems to know why or when it will open. the one to the south of town is still open. but pumping premium gas only.

never diesel in town...

moving my act to Chivato this coming year..

spent a few weeks there on the camping beach and got "hooked". Hope to get construction started early in 2007...lotsa wind there you say, no problem, been living in Punta Abre-blow-Jos the last 3 years...

must be getting older, tired of all the driving in and out of Abreojos, it's been a great run, but I'm ready for more convienience...

will have my Dusky moored behind the house!

The Pta. Chivato gravel has a wee bit of washboard...a 'four or forty road' as they say. We used to average those few miles in about 30 minutes or less. Just put towels between each plate in the cupboard and keep the fridge door locked!;D
