Mural in San Fernando Church, Mexico City


I recently revisited the Franciscan church of San Fernando in Mexico City, which was attached to the apostolic college that sent Serra & Co. to Baja California and California. One of the murals depicted Franciscan saints, including individuals the Franciscans named missions after.
