Pharmacy near San Ysidro crossing?

Anyone familiar with a pharmacy near the San Ysidro border crossing in Tijuana? I'd like to walk across the border to get my tourist card and meds, then just blow across the border the next day and head south on the tollway.

When you walk accross the border you will be faced with a decision there are probably 20 or more and in my opinion the medicine you buy at the border is substandard, if you go to a pharmacia in town you will get better quality or ask for better quality. IMHO

I agree. Just make a stop in TJ or Rosarito or Ensenada. The ones directly at the border usually sell crap, and for a higher price.

Just be careful of how much you buy.

Good thought. I'll stop by the fish market in Ensanada, get lunch, and go to a pharmacy there.
