Can anyone recommend a realtor in Rosarito?

Hi,

I will need to sell a house in Rosarito soon and wanted to know if any of you guys could recommend a realtor. I sold a house there previously but was very unhappy with the service offered by the realtor.

I think the purchaser of the house I would like to sell is going to be Mexican, not American (it is a small house), so I am looking for a realtor that markets towards locals, not Americans.

Most Mexicans don't use brokers. Simply agree on a price, go to a Notario and sort out the closing statement. Simple, done.
