they're probably the dimensions of his Loreto Bay House

seriously, $40K is a steal for anything in Loreto these days
why is this lady being bashed for posting an ad?
No I don't know this person

she gave dimensions to the land which are 12 X 16.5 meters
there are 100 cm in a meter and 2.54 cm in an inch and 12 inches in a foot, I come up with a little over 2,100 sq ft for the land, no mention on size of the house or how many stories it is. sounds like there's an electrical meter but its not hooked up to the house and/or the house may not be wired properly or more likely its old wiring that needs to be replaced. common situation for structures in this area, even the LB homes aren't wired properly at only 100A per home. seriously how will they be able to draw off that for the demand that will be placed on them? and 2,100 sq ft would be considered a large lot size for any of the Loreto Bay homes, verdad cinco? ;D

Geez...everyone is so paranoid these days. Just kidding folks!
Just found it funny there is electricity and H2O to the house but not IN it.
Seems the carrot is behind the cart?

I think EVERYONE on this site has a little dementedness...don't ya think?

The house takes up most of the lot, true.
It is a cement block house with the front and 1/2 the sides finished and painted blue. It has a metal roof. It is a single story house.
If you want room dimensions, I will get them Sunday.
The house is plumbed and wired, but not connected to the main line.
The Sewer is in.
There is a wonderful huge shade tree in the front yard.
The owner lives next door and has electricity and water to that lot.

The house is on the west side of Misioneros on a side street (not facing Misioneros). It is not a corner lot.

Maybe this is clear as mud, too. Who knows how or why things are built like they are here. The apple before the cart!

Sorry you all are having a hard time with this posting.
This is a good deal for Loreto.

haciendaloreto,

I didn't have a hard time with your post at all, in fact I enjoy seeing a decently priced property for sale and the price is probably fair for the market here. Good luck in selling it. Jerry I wasn't knocking your posts as you asked legitimate questions. It was the second reply to the original post that I had trouble with. It was inappropriate.
Have been busy and not looking at the forum for the past few months. Since I have a business and I don't advertize here (even though I've inquired and was told they weren't set up for it) I think it would be cheezy to post a link to our website with my posts. We're getting ready to move to the Plaza Loreto Hotel, more foot traffic there than where we're at now.

Hacienda.

Misioneros is a pretty long street and"the west side of the street" covers a big chunk of Loreto. Little more precise, por favor.:?::?::?::no::no:

The house is on the west side of Misioneros 1 1/2 block north of El Serape Market.
My store is at 94 Misioneros and the house is kitty corner across the side street, so it is in the 80 block of Misioneros and I guess is 8 blocks from the Plaza.

I m using internet cafe, so don t know about posting photos and will not have time to until Monday. The house will need to have the bathroom tiles and painted. I would put a whole new coat of paint on the inside and outside anyway.
You will have to put in kitchen cupboards and sink and stove. Typical Mexican sparse interior amenities.
