la paz

Hola,

Will be in La Paz in mid-march. Have been to the lagoons on Pacific for gray whales. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on nature/whale watching/marine life trips along Sea of Cortez this time of year. I've seen that the blue whales are around this time? We will be a group of 4, so any tips, suggestions, who to contact in La Paz (baja expeditions?)etc would be warmly welcomed!

Sea of Cortez whales

In the LP area it's more like a hit or miss area for whales, while fishing i've seen them in LP bay,Loreto,BOLA and even Puerto Vallarta...if you want to see whales,a day trip or tour to Magdalena Bay...Los Arcos Hotel has day tours to Mag Bay...enjoy

I hear the whales song
