7/28: Does anyone want to go rockcrawling in Baja?

I have set up a 4WD Baja event, and we will be meeting in El Cajon at the Starbucks Coffee Shop Saturday morning a 9 a.m. 2986 Jamacha Rd, El Cajon, CA (619) 670-0108.

We will eat and have lunch at the Tecate McDonald's Restaurant at roughly 11 a.m. before leaving for the rock quarry just outside of town. We plan to communicate on CB Channel 4 up to McDonalds.

It should be a great day out on the trail with the people of JustRuns 4WD Club of San Diego, CA and the Baja Crawlers 4WD Club of Tijuana, Mexico.

Here are some good photographs that should give you a sense of what terrain we plan to tackle on these Rated 4 (1-5, 5 being most difficult) 4WD trails.

We had a great day on the 4WD trail yesterday. There were 26 vehicles, and easily 60 people spread around the trails and Willy's Rancho which is located near the event center. I posted photos in the 'Baja Photos' section of the 'Nomad board for all to enjoy. The photo gallery at www.justruns.com contains the whole enchillada. Here are a few pics to show how much fun we had:
