2 bed 2 bath in "The Orchard" Just 3 years old. This is one of the "Spanish cottages" They are very nice. New ones are selling for $140,000 and up. We are selling for $109,000

how much water did you have after juan rolled thru?
those are nice units but the location??

I was not insured when Juan rolled through and have not checked on ins. since. I know Lewis and Lewis insures many of the units in the area. As bad as Juan was these casitas are pretty much wash and ware. Block construction with cement plaster. I power washed, re-painted, put in a few new breakers and electrical outlets and we were ready to go again.
