Same boat, so to speak...

Hi everyone,

I'm Jim and I'm very glad to find this site.

I am in the same boat in that I am looking for beach front property in Baja in an undeveloped location. I'd would like to put a trailer on first and then plan on retiring there in about 10 years.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Jim

Jim

You would do well to start your own thread on this. Much better response.

Good Luck!

OMG, thanks for that..hmmmm
For all you dreamers, I just heard about 2 more places in San Hipolito..very far from the maddening crowd! Gorgeous ocean front...on is a really nice house...all complete 3 bedrooms, tile floors, power, water...the works for $10,000 and the other is a little cabin but lovely lot on the ocean $2,500

San Hipolito?

Shari and everyone,

Thanks for the replies. I really appreciate all the thoughts and advice.

How do I find out more about where San Hipolito is and details about the house for sale?

Are you still looking for a house in Baja? We are located 45 miles south of San Felipe, and are listing our house this week for $49,500. Carol
