Beautiful waterfront lots. San Quintin bay.


Two water front lots plus maritime zone. About 15000 square feet. 1O minute access to the Pacific ocean. Private beach, boat ramp and runway.
Fishing was fantstic last summer. Yellowtail, White seabass and even Tuna.
Climate is similar to San Diego and Ensenada.
$1,000,OOO US or trade for toolshed in Costa Mesa,Ca.

Hey Fish...

Are sure you only want a million bucks for that lot? Sound like it should be worth at least a billion.

1 Billion was the original price but I reduced it for a quick sale to 1 million. You know the market is slow.
