M/Y Attessa comes calling

On our way to the beach this morning the Attessa was docking. She is 225' luxury yacht owned by Dennis Washington.

She dwarfs the small local houses along the dock.
I will post some photos later.

But here are some til then

Saw her cruise by our place the other day, about two miles off shore. My estimation of her size was about 50 feet short, however.
Who is Dennis Washington? Obviously I've been out of touch for too long.

There is a Denny Washington that owned Washington Construction, a heavy highway contractor. I would bet they are the same. Nice boat whoever owns it.

Ken

A quick search with google confirms that it is indeed Denny Washington's. For those of you in the San Diego area Washington and Fluor partnered to build the just completed 125 Toll road in San Diego, a 7 year project.

Wow, I've been trying to find a place to park my helicopter. This is perfect.
