Nothing is impossible as far as the actual airfare goes. What about a fuel surcharge? I hear they are over 300.00 to Europe/OZ/NZ from LAX.

Oops, I guess it was each way for that price. I priced a flight from TJ to Culiacan April 13-23 for $77.06 which includes taxes and some kind of optional insurance. It's still not a bad price.

Vivaaeobus sometimes offers una subasata del ciel o cielo, which translates sky auction, they sometimes dump tickets left in the last few hours and yready to go,went last February Monterrey to Acapulco for around $23 total, the flight was a pseo, merely paid taxes.the only catch you need to be close to an airport and ready to go in last few hours. There insurance is funny, for 20 pesos you can get a death benefit of around $500 US!Bigjohn

Insurance? Mexican insurance is a Mexican thing. One can buy thirty million dollars worth of life insurance on a flight from TJ to DF but, the passenger has to carry the policy on his person.
Think about it.

Well, the insurance costs about $2.60 each way, so I wouldn't worry too much if it is only a token sort of thing.

I flew them back in december from TJ to monterrey. Was a decent flight, both flights on time. One thing that sucked was the seats did not recline. I spent several minutes looking for the button on the arm rest to make the seat recline but it was no where to be found
