Based on MANY "fishermen types" I've met, can't say that I blame them.
I'm sure you understand the "type" I'm talking about.

Mike,
Here's the link to the website Russ mentioned. It is the only PC website I am aware of.
Charla
Will be interesting to see how this venture works out.

I haven't heard the hotel was friendly to any types.

ha! no, it's not that hotel - they are a useless bunch of stuck up European "types" IMHO. I hope they close one day and some nice people take it
over. They like to treat most Americans like caca from what i have experienced and others have relayed.
This operation is basing out of a private residence that has been set up now as a luxury fishing campo of sorts for guys (and gals too) who want to
experience something a little more adventurous than the usual fly to east cape, cabo, maz, PV, costa rica et al and spend large $$s for impersonal
service. The principal has already built a network of customers, mainly corporate types wanting to junket exec staff and clients.

Mike,
Charla is of interest to the residents only, ie party news whose building and sadly whose sick or worse.
As far as lots check with Pelican Reef in Mulege they have quite a few listings.

i think he got run out of town. i'm not looking just checking prices for options way down the road. Who was that outfit from Nevada that subdivided
years ago? was he part of Shell Beach? which one did you buy into?
Ken let me know when you'll be south again, i am thinking about some summer fishing this year after i wrap up some other monkey biz.
i have access now to boats if you don't want to trailer yours down.

I just went to her site,-http://www.costacardonal.com/ - and it says Sold Out which really surprised me. I have a large lot I'll put on the market
when I get PROFEPA signed off but expensive. There are some lots available. Guero has several by my lot and I think Harvey Grimes also may have some.

I believe Ruth may have 1 or two (non- waterfront) lots still available at Costa Cardonal. The website has not been updated in quite some time.

i'd say Harvey Grimes has the best deals today but cripes he is 4 miles from the PC pista. that's a long hike to get your beach car.
man - there have been some very nice shacks thrown up along that stretch of beach south west of the old PC areas next to the hotel.
how is that new road that goes to shell beach and then east to the intersection at the runway? is it on the beach or off set? req 4WD?

i was on it last week with my kids and it's fine; no 4wd required....all the roads out there are ok, contrary to what i'd been hearing in town...no
worse or better than any other "off hwy 1" roads in the region...and the beaches, oh, the beaches out there...wow...
