Baja Malibu

Does anyone have any information about the Baja Malibu Lomas community? It's the hillside. I'm interested in buying property and building a vacation home there. From what I can tell, it seems to be a nice area, and I would really appreciate any info you may have. Thanks much.

I have a friend that bought a home there, after the 7th break in, she sold the house and moved to San Antonio, she got tired of losing her property all the time, and i think she also lost two pets.

BAJA MALIBU

I posted this once, and then it was removed. Here it is again:

The 2nd section of BM has no security, cars can just pull in and off from the Highway. Note the curled barb wire placed on top of people's fences, and the large number of huge dogs in the yards.
We talked to several people over the years, and they all said it was a WAR ZONE.

We have a friend who lives in the 3rd section - the top, by the hills. They do have a guard station, but he was cleaned out once. He has lived there 20 years.

The beach section seems to have better control, they have installed an electric gate and have their own patrols.

Don't be shy about using the search feature here.... it works fairly well.

Okay, new thread, same guy, same place.

Let me add that the TJ police think that it is the Rosarito police responsibility, and vice-versa. The response time is pretty bad.

Baja Malibu

That entire area is known for theives and cars being broken into. This is from personal knowledge with friends being involved as victims.
As far as the police getting involved, it just wouldn't do any good unless they kept a full force operating 24/7. My friends don't even surf there any more because of this problem.
