Access to toll road

Is the right-hand turnoff for the toll road to Rosarito just past San Ysidro still detoured? If so, is it pretty easy to figure out?

Thanks!

As I headed south last weekend I noticed they had even painted the words "Toll Road" in the center lane. As you bear to the left there's another kinda quick left. No problems

I went through Monday 6:30 am...no confusion, no problem. Don't turn right, stay in middle and stay just right of imbuttement or whatever you call a middle divider. Hug it to the left (that is middle of choices)...well marked. Sort of by Mexican std...
