TJ Carne Asada Marinade

..This is from our good friend, Mario of TJ:
2 pounds of meat, preferably Palomino cut.
2 lemons
2 oranges
1 bottle of cerveza
Garlic Salt
Pepper
P-nches of Oregano
P-nches of fresh cilantro.

Lay the meat in a baking dish, squeeze the juice of the lemon over all. Pour in the beer, add garlic salt, pepper, oregano and cilantro.

Turn meat over and coat.

Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.

Grill

*********************************

I add a bunch of cilantro, and about 4 TBSP. of Oregano.

Heres my secret ingredient that i use in my carne asadas, and all my guest's love it:

Balsamic Vinegar.

Use it and watch the faces of people loving the Carne asada while at the same time they try to figure out what the ingredient is.

Don't spread tha word.
