Homes North of Rosarito

Looking for suggestions/comments on neighborhoods north of Rosarito. So far I have San Antonio Del Mar, Playas de Tijuana, Playa Blanca and, despite the bad things I have read, Baja Malibu. Want to buy a 2 bedroom in a safe neighborhood. Doesn't have to be near the beach, but it would be nice. Looking in the 85K-175K range.

There's a few

on the east side of the toll road and some new ones south of San Antonio. Margie can probably help with the names of the places as I usually head south rather than north.
Your best bet is to come down and see what you like. There are a lot available in that price range.
I also suggest talking to a realtor.
