zzz..wha.? Hey..you woke me up, Mike..

Lucky for you, I was just driving past the airstrip 3 days ago and took these photos. I figured some meet was happening because of the unusual plane activity.

So here you go, enjoy:

Then I visited with this lassie who wondered where you have been keeping yourself? She's looking for a pilot-guide. I am struggling to get into my flight jacket now.

BBP AT SERINADAD - MARCH 21, 2009

Capt. Mike and other flying fans,

Here is what happened last night at the Serinadad Resort in Mulege. The big BBP rally..and it was a very successful event.

Lots of airplanes, good company, food, and musica.

.
The airfield was as packed as I have seen it in serveral years. Almost like the good ol days...

.

.

.

.
Guillermo and I taste the ribs...always perfect! We have know each quite a while now. This is his 41st year manning the pig roast. He always puts some special choice loin on my plate...gracias, amigo.

.

.
The dessert cart...ah, that flan....mmmmmm

.

.
Capt. Mike...do you recognize any in this photo? I mentioned your name. They were just recording the landing competitions.

.

.

.
Of course, Alex was captaining the bar. Whether on land or water, he's a good skipper.
