I remember eating at a restaurant in El Rosario (on the left side around the turn next to the small bakery on your way out of town) where I saw the menu item above.

I did not order them, but it was one of the most memorable menu listing--perhaps it was the spelling that interested me so.:lol:

I see them on the menues around here all the time. Haven't tried them either but maybe for the sake of educating the board, I'll give them a test and report.

It is good...


That is usually served as breakfast. It is basycally scrambled eggs with choped sausage (the ones used for hot dogs)... personally I like it... you should try it once....
This breakfast is very popular around homes, not restaurants....
