Markitos,

Thanks on the pics.. But, you probably don't want to learn from me. After all my whining, questioning, advice, different techniques shared by many, and not a heck of a lot of success, I decided to ask my Fuji program what was up. This was because of a funny remark BajaLou posted.
I found out immediately that if I go to Fuji FinePix viewer, I can reduce the size with the push of a button. And, I have a choice of sizes to put them at. Without losing too much clarity as with some of the more complicated techniques.
And, the techniques previously mentioned by those that know, are actually not that complicated if you practise, for me the software that came with the camera saved the day.
I also use the JPEG resizer for batch resizing and it seems to be working because I haven't received any threats of axing my fingers from Doug yet.
Now, the question for me is, why do Herbs pictures load faster than everyone elses on my computer ?? Dial up connection.

Most of the time, I actually upload my photots to my personal website and then insert a hyperlink to them in the post. They display directly in your browser from a site that is not very busy as opposed to having to be retrieved from the message board software here.

It also helps to reduce Doug's overhead. :D
