Bay of Conception cost of homes?

Does anyone know the price of homes on the water on the Bay of Conception?

Any pros or cons is greatly appreciated. We are looking for a home on the water on the Bay of Conception or surrounding area.

Love this sight! Thanks to all that can help us!

Yes...

Actually, most of the places I saw there where from american citizens.... and they were just a few feet from the water.. quite nice.
