Mike Mc Carty

Is it possible that Mike McCarty is the Mike McCarty who knows one of my neighbors, Ron and Toma Barth and traveled with Ron Barth many years ago in a red and white VW Van-Combi all around San Felipe area and Mexico ?

I am sorry, but the names don't sound familiar, did they live in the Laguna Beach area?. I spent quite a bit of time around the San Felipe area(Campo rio hardy), back in the 80's. We had place on the river.

Nope

"Mickey Rat" has a place at Rio Hardy and Kent teaches barefoot water skiing (in those days) and now owns Endos Water Ski and Wakeboard Werks in Belmont Shore.

We did alot of bare foot skiing there, built a really nice dock (more like a pier)but the place burnt to the ground, boat and all! had some new neighbors playing with fireworks and caught our palpa on fire. They were also barefoot skiers.

That sounds vaguely familiar.

This was a long time ago. I'll ask. My next post is kinda related to small worlds in the Dieing Sea of Cortez thread.
