cabo car rentals

I'm looking to rent a car in Cabo in late Feb/early March to drive up to San Juanico. Any recommendations for less expensive rental companies. Also, from a little research it seems that a regular passenger car will be OK. Is this a correct assumption?

Thanks

A good way to search rates is to go on Expedia or the like, find the best rate then go direct to the car rental website and book it there. I've always been able to get a better rate by booking the rental online here in the states then picking up the car at the airport. Eurocar usually has very competitive rates. I've never had a problem w/ them at the airport in San Jose but some people have been ripped off in La Paz. Good luck!

You should be fine w/ a regular passenger car.
