There is great hiking and many backpacking opurtunities in this area. Be sure to take a change of warm winter clothes as it can be very cold up at the higher elevations.Water is not abundant but available. Be sure to filter. Some of the Baja Guide/Camping books show some detailed trail heads and access points. Do not leave your car unatteneded at a trailhead. Automobile thefts and break-ins are common for unattended vehicles.Weve done it in Feb. and March. Breathtaking views, and very envigorating. ++C++ ;D;D
