Today's Posts now 4 days of posts?

I have noticed that there have been at least 4 pages of posts on 'Today's Posts' the past few days... When I go to the last post showing this morning, it is from 4 days ago. Did Baja Nomad double the new posts showing from 2 to 4 days worth?

No it doesn't at all... but after 8 years of "Today's Posts" always displaying 2 days' worth of posts, I was curious about the change.

Good question. Good observation.

When I brought the site back online around New Year's after being down for 36 hours or so, there was nearly nothing in the "Today's Posts" list... so I changed it to 4 days instead of 2 days.

Since then, I thought I'd just leave it that way.

The default for the forum software is really just one day (and thusly "Today's Posts"), but I've gone into the raw code of the software to make these changes/edits.

fyi,

Thank you Doug... since I am not on drugs, I figured it was your doing! :light:

Maybe it should now be called "Recent Posts" or "Newest Posts" ???

Contributing to the hopelessly addicted. Like I didn't already spend too much time pouring over two pages? Yikes!

Yup, me too! Seeing as how I still have to go to the bottom of Woodys "wanted pop up trailer" post, click on the up arrows and then todays posts, I'm happy with the change.
