Not sure what your talking about unfriendly welcome, or where you got this mis-information. I have a casa in Loreto and fly there 5 to 6 times a year. The airport and staff are no different than any other airport. I always find them freindly. Just because one or two pepple have had a bad experience doesn't mean that everyone gets treated badly. Some one has a bone to pick with the airport and should not paint all of Loreto with that brush. Too bad, Loreto is a gem on the Baja and I wouldn't live anywhere else on the Baja. My two cents worth.

Loreto is a small town and my experience at the 4 to 5 times a year I visit is that everyone is helpful and friendly. That is from the custom officials at the airport to the people on the street.
