Playa Los Cerritos 3/4 Acre lot 300' from water!

33 meters by 100 meters (=3/4 acre) flat lot with wonderful mountain and ocean views. Stroll to the water in a minute! Surveys done, concrete markers are in and the lot is currently in my Mexican corporation. Comes with American Title Insurance. Price is $55K and financing is available with $20K down at 9,5% over 5 years.

Playa Los Cerritos is the only family friendly, swimmable, surfable beach between Cabo and Todos Santos! This area is starting to boom, so get in before it is too late! See www.pescaderoliving.com for more properties for sale.

The waves are friendly but I felt very uncomfortable with the crowd of people that were there the day we came by. I could have been wrong but my radar was beeping. Scruffy looking Americans.

just surfers

The surfers all look a little on the scruffy side ;)
Plus most people camp out on Los Cerritos for a few weeks, with no shower. Now that the area is starting to develop there will be less campers, but there's never been any trouble in the area that I'm aware of...
