ok so-where does one purchase boric acid? Went to Target, Home Depot, CVS, Vons. Everyone I asked had never heard of it-weird. We have gobs of them-I am over it.:no:

Someone told me that you can buy crushed chalk (like they use on football fields to make the hashmarks, etc.) Pour it out in a line and ants will not cross it! One of my neighbor's pours a line all around his house and has no ants!

Leyes de la Reforma in Bahia Asuncion carries boric acid powder...just picked some up today for a major ant invasion. The little beasties have a penchant for my greens seedlings. Grrrrr. Of course, Bahia Asuncion may be a little out of your way.

found ants inthe house about 2 hours ago.

I was not happy. at all.

just spent the last 2 hours mopping the entire house with clorox. we need boric acid too.
