Architect/Contractor Advice Loreto

I want to do some serious remodeling. I would appreciate any advice you have about Loreto architects/contractors and what your experience has been. Would like the good, the bad and the ugly. All but positive comments will be kept confidential!
Thank you for any help you can give.

i get it, but we're all adults (mostly) here. it would be beneficial to know about the bad stuff to be able to watch out for it.

in case anyone didn't think of that!

I think this thread could fill a book. We were fortunate and had a great experience, however our crew are no longer in town - no work!
