de nada Amigos

A couple weeks before Jimmy left this place, we were sitting on his well known porch talking about what we both love.
Reading that story didn't bring tears to my eyes as usual but I sat here laughing because I could hear Jimmies voice telling those stories.
That man was awesome ! And still is !!!

J.R., Thanks for waking some old memories.

You almost made me homesick with that one J.R.

Funny how he still doesn't seem gone to me. Still talk to the Ol Man in my mind as I walk about my dailys.

I just bought a bunch of papel picado to send home for our annual Dia de Muerto Fiesta at the gallery. Remembering Dad sitting at the alter last year, his face contemplative as he sat with Don Santo and dear Profie Angel, and Dona Frida; he knew full well that All Sanits Day that for sure he would be joining them on the forthcoming alter, which for sure he will. Ironic, he will be there, but I won't. I am staying here in Oaxaca until Spring and the Shakespeare festival and the new grandbaby both due around Easter draw me back home, only these events can intice me away from my continued quest to develop my art here in the Paris of the Americas.

Ay sigh.........Mientas, Buen Salude a todos, Sara

Between your Dad's comments about my "asinine statements" and Skeet wanting to take me out to the wood shed, I crack up regularly "Bouncing Around Baja". There's another old coot that I have nothing but respect for.
They will never be gone !!!

And, you go girl over in them wilds of Mexico.
