Chopy's obituary in the High Country Press. Montana

Cornel Harrison Crawford, beloved son of Tim Crawford, died June 12, at his home in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, of natural causes

Cornel was born on August 30, 1961, in Mexico City, to Thomas H. Crawford III and Karol Wallace Crawford.
Cornel attended the University of San Diego. His passion for surfing, at which he excelled, took him to southern Baja, where he lived for the past ten years. He also spent time helping his father with the family ranch near Manhattan.

Cornel is survived by his father, Tim, and various cousins and uncles. His mother, Karol, preceded him in death. If desired, memorials in his name may be made to the Greater Yellowstone Coalition of Bozeman, or the Surfrider Foudation, P.O. Box 6010, San Clemente, CA 92672. A memorial service to be held in early July will be annouced at a later date

I have received a request on my U2U from a party who knew Chopy in his younger days.

If anyone could shed light on his early demise {and the nature of the natural causes} could you post me on the U2U.
